Solaria designs are suitable for both Cross Stitch and Needle Point techniques. When they are finished they both look pretty close. The only difference is that if you use Needle Point technique you'll save some time.

Use  this special 22 ct fabric  for designs with background and get easy stitching!

When the design is finished these darker threads are covered completely as you can see above.

Frame it and enjoy!

Stop counting from top to bottom and from left to right! For your convenience we have this special fabric which is divided with one dark yellow thread into squares (at interval of 20 threads), which correspond with squares of your chart. Stop counting all the time and stitch wherever you want with color you want. This way every beginner could stitch the most complicated design. Your speed will increase at least 3 times!

 

How to stitch a design with detail?

This design includes two kind of charts:
a

1.Main chart - 1:4. 

One sign of the chart = 4 stitches petit point or cross stitches. Every square includes 10x10 signs = 100 signs

2.Chart of the detail - 1:1

One sign of the chart = one stitch (petit point or cross stitch). Every square includes 20x20 signs = 400 signs

For 18 ct and 22 ct fabric:

In the begining you have to stitch the main chart with the background in style 1:4. This technique allows you to stitch big areas in less time.

After that in the empty places you have to stitch the other chart with details in style 1:1.

Here is another technique suitable for 28ct and 32ct fabric: 

In the begining you have to stitch the main chart with the background over two threads of the fabric.

After that in the empty places you have to stitch the other chart with details over one thread of the fabric.
