How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Charts out of stock will follow when available. You will receive an automated email conformation of your order and a second email to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

Do you serve other countries than US and Canada, do you ship overseas and how does it usually take?
Yes, we serve all over the world and we'll gladly ship your order overseas . Overseas shipments usually take between 7 - 14 days to arrive.

I noticed some designs use "over two" and "over one" stitching. Do all the patterns use this technique?

How do you stitch a design with detail?

Please visit 'HOW TO STITCH' link. For designs with no detail we suggest using Aida 14, 16, 18. For detail designs you can use linen 22, 24, 26, 28, 32.  However once you try our new Fabric for stitching designs with background, you'll never use another one. We guarantee, or your money back.

If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details within one business day. Please allow 3 weeks for back order items. Special and Custom orders or kits may also take longer to process.

Which technique should I use - needlepoint or cross stitch?

Solaria designs are suitable for both Cross Stitch and Needle Point techniques. When they are finished they both look pretty close. The only difference is that if you use Needle Point technique you'll save some time.

Does your fabric come only in 22ct?

Unfortunately we have this (22ct) size only :(
